Return Eligibility
✅ Accepted:

Unused, unopened items in original packaging (with tags/labels intact).

Defective or damaged items (must report within 7 days of delivery).
❌ Not Accepted:

Opened or used items (unless defective).

Items damaged due to misuse.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email sales@shopbyrba.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Get Approval: We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Ship It Back: Send the item(s) to our return center (address provided in the email).
Return Shipping Costs

Customer-Paid Returns: Buyer covers return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage, etc.).

Prepaid Label: For defective items, we may provide a prepaid return label.
Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account).

Store credit or exchanges can be arranged upon request.
Exchanges
