4. Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we can’t add items. Place a new order, and we’ll combine shipping if possible (email us to request this).

5. Do you accept pre-orders or backorders?

Select products may offer pre-orders (clearly labeled on the product page). You’ll be charged when the item ships.

6. How do I apply a discount code?

Enter the code at checkout in the "Promo Code" box and click "Apply." If it doesn’t work, check the terms (e.g., minimum spend, expiry date) or contact us.

7. I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?

First, check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us with your full name and payment details—we’ll resend it and verify your order went through.
