Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

✅ Accepted:

  • Unused, unopened items in original packaging (with tags/labels intact).

  • Defective or damaged items (must report within 7 days of delivery).

❌ Not Accepted:

  • Opened or used items (unless defective).

  • Items damaged due to misuse.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email sales@shopbyrba.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Get Approval: We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

  3. Ship It Back: Send the item(s) to our return center (address provided in the email).

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Paid Returns: Buyer covers return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage, etc.).

  • Prepaid Label: For defective items, we may provide a prepaid return label.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account).

  • Store credit or exchanges can be arranged upon request.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size, color, or model? Contact us, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
